How it Works
1. Mollycoddlers, LLC offers temporary, part time and full time placements for nannies. Please note that nanny
candidates are not the employees of Mollycoddlers, LLC. Our fees include initial interviewing of potential
nannies, reference checking, assistance with salary negotiation, assistance with scheduling interviews, and
matching nannies to your specific criteria for a nanny. All prices include a background check including
criminal backgrounds, sexual offender search, DMV, and social security trace.
Our pricing is as follows:
Mini nanny/temp nanny (max of 3 months) $600.00
Part time nanny (29 hours or less per week) $1000.00
Full time nanny (30 hours or more per week) $1250.00
Live in nanny $1500.00
2. Client agrees to pay a non refundable retainer fee of $250.00 to Mollycoddlers, LLC to begin the nanny
search. Upon successful search completion, the full amount of the retainer fee will be applied towards the
placement fee.
3. Client agrees to pay the remainder of the placement fee ($350.00 for a mini nanny, $750.00 for part time
nanny, $1000.00 for a full time nanny, or $1250.00 for live in nanny) to Mollycoddlers, LLC prior to the first day
of nanny’s employment with client.
4. Mollycoddlers, LLC guarantees the nanny will stay employed with the client for a period of 4 months (120
days) or Mollycoddlers, LLC will replace the nanny at no extra charge to the client. This guarantee becomes
null and void should the client subject the nanny to an unfair or illegal work condition, not provide nanny with
agreed upon number of hours, eliminate the position, or not pay nanny agreed upon salary. If client finds a
nanny outside of using Mollycoddlers, LLC or decides they no longer need a nanny for whatever reason, then
Mollycoddlers, LLC has no obligation to refund any part of the finder’s fee. Mollycoddlers, LLC will not refund
any part of the finder’s fee at any time after finding the client a nanny. In the event that the nanny does not
work out within the 120 days, the client agrees to call Mollycoddlers, LLC and ask for a replacement.
Mollycoddlers, LLC will try their best to find a replacement free of charge within 45 days. If Mollycoddlers, LLC
is not able to find client a replacement with 45 days, they will continue to look but will not refund any money
paid. Client will be responsible for the cost of an additional background investigation on the replacement
nanny.
5. For a mini nanny, employment is not to exceed 3 months, and is guaranteed for 1 month (30 days). This
guarantee becomes null and void should the client subject the nanny to an unfair or illegal work condition, not
provide nanny with agreed upon number of hours, eliminate the position, or not pay nanny agreed upon salary.
If client finds a nanny outside of using Mollycoddlers, LLC or decides they no longer need a nanny for
whatever reason, then Mollycoddlers, LLC has no obligation to refund any part of the finder’s fee.
Mollycoddlers, LLC will not refund any part of the finder’s fee at any time after finding the client a nanny.
6. Client understands that Mollycoddlers, LLC is a referral agency only, and is not an employer of the nanny.
Mollycoddlers, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for damages resulting from theft, property damage,
improper care, or any other wrongful actions by nanny. Client will hold Mollycoddlers, LLC harmless for any
liability arising out of the employment of any applicant referred to them by Mollycoddlers, LLC.
7. Client agrees that all disputes between client, Mollycoddlers, LLC and/or nanny shall be resolved through
final and binding arbitration.
